Returns Policy – māla

We hope you love your purchase from māla, but if you change your mind or something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it’s faulty or incorrect.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@skinbymala.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and send it to the address provided.
  4. Keep your proof of postage – we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll cover the return postage and offer you a replacement or full refund if your return is accepted.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Important Notes

  • Returns received outside of the 14-day window may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that are not in a saleable condition.
